I loved my stay; my only regret is that it was just one night. A very kind and friendly staff member welcomed me at reception. The room was lovely and fully met my expectations. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the reception area and every floor were tastefully decorated. Everything was wonderful and clean, and I slept so well. My room was so quiet!
This boutique hotel has a good location, close to the centre, but in a quiet area, very clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Everything is done for your comfort. Staff are very friendly and create a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel is next to a wonderful park, has its own restaurant and allows late check-in; I parked easily and for free! My room was on the third floor. I liked the design and interior; the well-kept live plants throughout made it feel like a winter garden. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection, especially the cold cuts, pancakes and syrniki… Don’t judge it by five-star hotel criteria — and what you find will match your expectations.

Отель находится возле чудесного парка, есть свой ресторан и поздний заезд, без проблем припарковался — бесплатно! Номер был на 3-м этаже. Дизайн, интерьер — всё понравилось, по всему отелю расставлены живые ухоженные вазоны, создалась картина зимнего сада. Удивил завтрак: хороший подбор продуктов и блюд, особенно мясная нарезка и блинчики с сырниками, оценил количество видов напитков — кроме вкусного кофе, чая было молоко, несколько видов сока и так далее. Чувствовалось даже в стандартном наборе комплектации необходимых вещей качество немного лучше, чем у других, к примеру, одноразовые тапочки с плотной прорезиненной подошвой — было комфортно ходить, и множество других моментов, которые из мелочей создали уют и удобство. Не оценивайте по критериям 5-звёздочного отеля — и увиденное совпадёт с ожидаемым.
My trip was short but full of sightseeing. The staff were very helpful, and we felt safe. The location is excellent: a quiet, peaceful area, yet very close to the city centre — just a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the staff were very attentive.
Our stay at Hotel Luna exceeded our expectations: comfort, cleanliness, rich breakfast, hospitality. We are convinced to return to Chișinău… Congratulations on the services!

Bună ziua, mă bucur să pot acorda o evaluare pozitivă, la rangul cel mai înalt, pentru că ne-a depășit așteptările găzduirea la Hotel Luna, pe timpul sejurului nostru de 3 zile. Confortul, curățenia, micul dejun bogat, prețurile optime în raport cu calitatea serviciilor, ospitalitatea personalului și amplasarea hotelului, ne-au convins să revenim și cu altă ocazie la Chișinău. De exemplu, aș dori să revin cu un grup de seniori, din cadrul Asociației Oameni, Valori, Fapte, organizație neguvernamentală din București, pentru un sejur de 3 zile. Voi lua legătura cu Dvs. la timpul potrivit. Felicitări pentru serviciile oferite!

Great hotel for a short stay in Chisinau. Room was very clean and spacious, breakfast tasty. Convenient location in the city center and friendly staff. I recommend it.

Останавливались на одну ночь с ребенком. Суперский отель! Все очень понравилось. Номер был на первом этаже - не пришлось тащить чемоданы и коляску. Номер огромный, шумоизоляция прекрасная (она явно понадобилась соседям :) ). Шторы такие плотные что когда их закрыли - вырубились с ребенком за 5 минут :). Больше всего подкупило наличие ресторана тут же при отеле. Все очень вкусно, ребенок все съел! Цены приемлемые. В пешей доступности магазины/кафе/дендропарк. Обязательно приедем еще!
The room was clean, cosy and comfortable, the bed comfortable. Breakfast included and truly tasty… For this money, a very decent option. I recommend it!

Відмінний готель за свої 3 зірки. Ми з дружиною залишились дуже задоволені. Нам сподобалося все без винятку! Номер чистий, затишний та комфортний — все необхідне було на місці. Ліжко зручне, виспалися чудово. Персонал ввічливий і привітний, завжди готовий допомогти. Особливо хотілось би відзначити сніданок - він включений у вартість і справді смачний! Великий вибір страв, свіжі продукти, все приготовлено відмінно. Wi-Fi працював без збоїв по всьому приміщенню. Безкоштовна парковка під наглядом. Розташування зручне, все необхідне поруч (ми були на власному авто). За такі гроші — дуже достойний варіант. З задоволенням повернемося ще раз! Рекомендую всім, хто шукає комфортний і недорогий готель, як для однієї людини так і для сімʼї.

Я редко пишу отзывы, но этот отель — просто восторг! Чистота безупречная, еда невероятно вкусная и недорогая, а атмосфера очень уютная. Персонал потрясающий, все максимально заботливые и дружелюбные.
